Fourteen days, no questions asked. If Agnos is not what you wanted, ask for your money back within fourteen days of buying it and you get it. You do not have to explain why.
How to ask
Email hello@gidion.io. Include the email address you bought with, or the order number from your receipt. One line is enough.
You can also open the customer portal link in your receipt and ask through Polar, who processed the payment.
What happens
We refund the order in full through Polar, who sells Agnos as merchant of record. The money goes back the way it came, usually within a few working days. The exact timing is your bank's, not ours.
The licences the order paid for stop working: one for Pro, the team key for a Company Pack. With the refund, the key is revoked at Polar. Each copy of Agnos using that key goes back to having no licence the next time it checks.
Agnos keeps working without a licence, as it does after the trial: importing, cleaning and Review work, exporting needs a licence, and no project, dataset or export is touched.
The Company Pack
A Company Pack is one purchase: it is refunded whole, and its team key is withdrawn on every device.
What you keep
Everything Agnos produced for you stays yours. Cleaned documents, chunks, exports, datasets and manifests are your data and your work. A refund does not reach into your computer, does not delete anything, and does not revoke any right to what you have already exported.
Your documents were never ours: they never left your computer in the first place.
After fourteen days
Ask anyway. If the software is broken, if it will not run on your computer, or if it clearly did not do what the storefront said it does, we would rather refund you than argue. There is no fixed cut-off for that. Outside those cases, after fourteen days, the answer is usually no, because Pro and the Company Pack are one-time purchases with no renewal to cancel.
Buying again later
Nothing stops you. A refunded order is not held against you, and a later purchase is a new licence, with two fresh devices for each person.
Statutory rights
Nothing here reduces the rights the law gives you.
